Servicing

We offer 2 types of servicing

1) For customers under the 1 Year Project42 Limited Warranty Scheme (charges will not be made for repairs covered by the warranty)

2) For anyone in Europe not under the 1 Year Project42 Limited Warranty Scheme (charges will apply)

 

How to request a repair of your wheel:

1) Send an email to support@project42.com with the following information

a) Serial number of your product

b) Purchase invoice

c) A detailed description of the issue along with a photo and/or video showing the fault

2) When it is agreed by Project42 that a repair is required, please send the wheel, at your expense, to the address provided by Customer Support.

3) Once the repair is completed, the product will be returned at the expense of Project42.
