ORDER CONFIRMATIONS

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorised your credit card for the purchase. If your item is on backorder or unavailable we will void the pre-authorisation and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days) we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

DELIVERY

All orders are dispatched within 2 business days. We use DHL carrier to deliver our orders.

ORDER TRACKING

Once the order is dispatched we will send you shipping confirmation with a tracking number provided by the shipping carrier.

SHIPPING RATES

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products and your location. Before the final checkout you will be shown what the cost of shipping is.

DAMAGE

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage you should make a note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged please send photos to info@project42.ie and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

RETURNS

Our returns policy is 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged.

SHIPPING RETURNS

If you'd like to process a return place your enquiry via our Contact Us form and a member of our customer service team will get back to you within 24 hours. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

When shipping your order back to us you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

REFUNDS

Once the item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. Once your refund is approved, it will be processed immediately, and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that it may take several days to show on your account.
